Bless you Lowell and Julie: sounds like great fun ( in the sweat even!). Maybe in the years to come we could do a triathlon together as two couples: dear Liv loves to run more than i did... We are having the time of our lives adjusting to life in Minnesota- till next time- Live deep, walter and Liv

I did read your entry and admire your efforts. What great discipline - if I didn't see the pictures I would have considered your Triathalon a hoax. Lowell, you are often in our prayers and we are thrilled with each mountain you climb and each summit you conquer - way to go!
